Film Making Workshop Mediabox has teamed up with Community Channel to offer 10 disadvantaged 13 - 19 year olds (up to 25 if they have learning difficulties and/or disabilities) the opportunity to attend an all expenses paid filmmaking workshop in London on Saturday 13th March 2010. Young people will learn all aspects of film production and will work alongside industry professionals who will help them to develop their creative ideas. After the training, Mediabox will fund each young person £500 to create a short film about something that is important to them. Photography Project Mediabox is offering young people from Leeds, London, Bristol or Birmingham the chance to take part in a creative photography project. It will enable young people to work with professional mentors to create powerful photographs depicting their personal experiences of unemployment.
